Brief Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven leadership qualities to guide teams, mentor junior developers, and drive blockchain-based initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and related components.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and technical decisions for blockchain projects.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Review, optimize, and maintain existing blockchain codebases.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
  • Ensure security best practices and perform audits for smart contracts and blockchain applications.
  • Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Drive innovation by proposing improvements and new solutions aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Blockchain Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Solidity, , EVM, or other major blockchain platforms.
  • Experience with smart contract development, deployment, and testing tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Foundry, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language , Go, Python, Rust, etc.).
  • Experience working with DeFi, NFTs, or blockchain infrastructure (optional, but a plus).
  • Proven leadership abilities — capable of leading projects, managing small teams, and making technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
