Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Science Facilitator, located in Vishakhapatnam. The Data Science Facilitator will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions on data science-related topics, providing mentorship to students, and preparing them for industry challenges. Day-to-day tasks include designing and delivering course content, guiding students on hands-on projects, assessing their progress, and offering constructive feedback. The role also involves staying up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Data Science concepts including Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and relevant data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner for students with diverse technical backgrounds
  • Experience in delivering training, mentoring, or teaching in fields of Data Science or related areas
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities to effectively support students with their learning challenges
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Industry experience in Data Science or relevant domains, with a strong portfolio of projects, is a plus
