What You'll Do:


INSIDE SALES – The Strategic Conversationalist

Your job if you prefer AC + coffee + Wi-Fi:

  • Call potential clients (we provide leads—they provide challenges ).
  • Pitch ADCO's services confidently.
  • Handle incoming enquiries professionally.
  • Fix meetings for senior team members.
  • Follow up like a polite assassin.
  • Maintain CRM/Google Sheets for lead updates.
  • Support proposal preparation & coordination.


FIELD SALES – The Face of ADCO

Your job if you prefer sunshine, travel, and conversations:

  • Visit clients, vendors & project sites.
  • Represent ADCO with confidence & clarity.
  • Collect/document client requirements.
  • Deliver documents & build long-term trust.
  • Conduct local market research & competitor mapping.
  • Maintain solid client relationships (stronger than Fevicol bonds).


Who We're Looking For

  • Freshers or 0–1 year experience
  • Six months internship
  • Great communication (Odia/Hindi/English)
  • Proactive, confident & target-friendly personality
  • Comfortable using phone, email, Google Workspace
  • For field sales: Comfortable travelling within Bhubaneswar
  • High energy, low ego
  • A "get-it-done" attitude
