Role Description

Scent Sales Manager

Reporting to store manager or business head

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  1. Customer Experience & Sales


• Greet walk-in customers and understand their scent preferences.


• Curate personalized fragrance recommendations based on mood, season, or personality.


• Demonstrate products confidently from top notes to dry down.


• Convert store visitors into loyal customers through engaging storytelling and brand passion.


• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.

  1. Visual & Brand Presentation


• Maintain the aesthetic of the store - ensure bottles, testers, and displays are spotless and well-arranged.


• Keep the store vibe aligned with Sairik's brand identity: clean, classy, and Instagram-worthy.


• Support visual merchandising updates or in-store campaigns.

  1. Product Knowledge & Training


• Stay updated on all Sairik perfumes - ingredients, notes, inspiration, and performance.


• Educate team members and new joiners on fragrance families and selling techniques.

  1. Inventory & Reporting


• Track stock levels, refill testers, and report fast-moving SKUs to HO.


• Ensure accurate billing, daily closing reports, and CRM entries.

  1. Marketing & Community Building


• Support local influencer visits or small in-store activations.


• Encourage customers to tag @Sairik on social media for UGC content.


• Capture feedback and share insights on customer preferences and trends.
