Doctor Referral Executive – Business Development

We are expanding our Doctor Referral & Business Development team to strengthen our network with hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage referral relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Develop new partnerships to generate candidate or client leads.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Track and report referral performance through CRM or Excel dashboards.
- Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and medical outreach programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in doctor referral marketing, hospital BD, or healthcare sales.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, field-ready, and target-oriented.
