Suresh Techno Electro (INDIA) LLP is also expanding into railway overhead electrification, renewable energy, and civil infrastructure projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant based in Jabalpur. The Procurement Assistant will handle tasks such as preparing and managing purchase orders, monitoring procurement processes, researching suppliers, ensuring timely purchasing of materials, and maintaining accurate procurement records. Additionally, they will support communication with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations in the supply chain process.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders and handling Purchasing processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, products, and services effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Procurement practices and strategy
• Excellent Communication skills for vendor negotiations and internal coordination
• Proficiency in using basic office software, such as spreadsheets and procurement tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Candidate with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the power or infrastructure sector is an advantage
