Job Description:

MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd., a leader in academic content development and publishing, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Commerce to join our content development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Commerce subjects for Classes 11 and 12 (CBSE/ICSE) and demonstrate the ability to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned academic content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and edit academic content for Commerce subjects (Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics) for Classes 11 and 12.
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest CBSE syllabus and guidelines.
  • Create various types of content, including:
  • Textbook material
  • Sample papers and question banks
  • Explanatory notes and solutions
  • Practice exercises and assessments
  • Collaborate with editorial and design teams to deliver final print-ready and digital materials.
  • Maintain consistency in style, tone, and academic rigor across all content.
  • Keep abreast of syllabus updates, exam patterns, and educational trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in academic content development or teaching is preferred.
  • Strong command over written English and subject knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and exam formats.
