Front Desk Executive Hotel

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional welcome. They handle reservations, check‑ins/outs, guest queries, and maintain smooth lobby operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction
Greet guests promptly with a friendly tone.
Address inquiries, complaints, and requests in person, via phone, or email.
2. Reservations & Check‑In/Out
Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.
Verify guest IDs, process payments, and issue room keys.
Handle early check‑ins/late check‑outs when possible.
3. Information & Services
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.
4. Billing & Payments
Generate and settle guest bills accurately.
Process credit card authorizations and handle foreign currency exchange (if applicable).
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate guest records and transaction logs.
Prepare daily reports (occupancy, arrivals, departures, revenue).
6. Problem Solving
Resolve guest issues quickly and courteously.
Escalate complex problems to supervisors when needed.
7. Team Collaboration
Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure room readiness.
Participate in shift handovers and briefings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
