The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional welcome. They handle reservations, check‑ins/outs, guest queries, and maintain smooth lobby operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Interaction

  • Greet guests promptly with a friendly tone.

  • Address inquiries, complaints, and requests in person, via phone, or email.

2. Reservations & Check‑In/Out

  • Manage room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations.

  • Verify guest IDs, process payments, and issue room keys.

  • Handle early check‑ins/late check‑outs when possible.

3. Information & Services

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for guest needs.

4. Billing & Payments

  • Generate and settle guest bills accurately.

  • Process credit card authorizations and handle foreign currency exchange (if applicable).

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate guest records and transaction logs.

  • Prepare daily reports (occupancy, arrivals, departures, revenue).

6. Problem Solving

  • Resolve guest issues quickly and courteously.

  • Escalate complex problems to supervisors when needed.

7. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure room readiness.

  • Participate in shift handovers and briefings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
