Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our wedding photography team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, presenting our service packages and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients (via phone, email, walk-ins) for wedding photography packages.
  • Understand client requirements for weddings (pre-wedding shoots, ceremony, reception, etc.) and present relevant packages.
  • Follow up with enquiries, schedule consultations, and manage client meetings.
  • Close sales by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Upsell additional services (e.g., pre-wedding shoot, video coverage, albums, prints).
  • Work with the operations team to hand over confirmed bookings and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on pipeline, conversions, and feedback.
  • Maintain CRM/database of clients, leads and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, preferably in weddings/events/photography.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident in meeting clients and presenting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Basic understanding of photography services and wedding industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, as weddings often fall on weekends).
