Responsible for indenting, approving and receiving of batchproduction records and cleaning records and packing records as per productionrequirement. Responsible for raise the raw material indent and approvingof indented raw materials as per production planning. Responsible for Maintain good Housekeeping in the plantenvironment. Responsible for coordinating with other departments tomaintain the execution of plant operations smoothly. Responsible for updating the equipment status and allotted manpowerfor effective utilization. Responsible for initiating the indents i.e., procuringproduction needs to run smooth production. Responsible for execute all the schedules (Productionplanning, Preventive maintenance, calibration etc.,) as per defined procedure. Responsible for attending trainings like cGMP, On -Job andsafety as per the schedule. Review of completed batch production records, log book / executedrecords as per GDP. To execute the process and online filling the BPR followed byattained the knowledge of new products training before execution of the batch. Responsible for preparation of all controlled documents relating to the quality of API's andintermediates. (Standard operating procedures, batch production records, forms,protocols and reports etc.). Responsible for initiation of QMS activities like changecontrol, deviation, OOS, investigation and CAPA.  Responsible for initiating of all type of validationprotocols, qualification protocols and reports including campaign reportspreparation. To perform production operations as per the approved master batchproduction record / cleaning record/ packing Activity. Responsible for execution of all types of validations. To extend support for customer audits / regulatory audits. Any other Activity assigned by the Superior / HOD.
