We are excited to announce an opening for the position of National Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our latest innovation, Tracky CGM.

About the Product: Tracky CGM is the most affordable continuous glucose monitor available. It offers 14 days of precise glucose monitoring, real-time alerts, and easy data sharing for enhanced glucose management.

Location: Thane (HO)

Experience : 12-15 Years

Reporting to: Associate Director – Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the National sales team
  • Drive brand-building initiatives for Tracky CGM.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize market reach and growth.
  • Foster key relationships with stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand Tracky CGM's presence across India.

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • 5–10 years of experience in medical device industry, with a focus on diabetes care. Minimum 2 years in a National sales leadership role or 5 years in Zonal Sales leadership.
  • Proven track record in institutional sales and managing strategic partnerships in diabetes healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong experience in channel management including distribution networks, aggregators, pharmacy chains.
  • Deep understanding of diabetes market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and evolving healthcare paradigms.
  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced, regulated, and evolving environments.
  • Adept at leveraging data and analytics to drive diabetes portfolio performance, optimize sales processes, and identify market growth opportunities.
  • Experienced in collecting and communicating market intelligence and real-world feedback from diabetologists, endocrinologists, and key institutional accounts to leadership for strategic decision-making.
