Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, verification, and backend updates in the CRM system.
  • Process and manage client information accurately within internal tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, and Operations) for data-related tasks.
  • Prepare daily reports and summaries of backend operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain process quality standards.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or system issues to the concerned team.

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and good typing accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
  • Basic understanding of CRM or database management preferred.
  • Good written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com/BCA/BBA preferred).
