Key Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise the execution of MEP works at the site.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure effective integration.
  • Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, water supply, drainage, and other MEP services.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Prepare MEP work progress reports and assist in project planning and cost control.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
  • Ensure all MEP activities follow relevant codes and standards (e.g., IS, NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA).
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
