Role Overview

A
non-customer-facing
, back-office position that supports the
end-to-end sales cycle
through data management, reporting, coordination, and process optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Data & Process Management

  2. Capture, organize, and maintain customer and sales opportunity data.

  3. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and legal standards.
  4. Manage documentation, reporting, and audit support.

  5. Reporting & Analytics

  6. Develop standard and ad-hoc reports on
    sales KPIs

    goal attainment

  7. Compile and analyze data to support decision-making for internal teams.

  8. Coordination & Communication

  9. Interface with internal stakeholders, partners, and occasionally customers to resolve sales-cycle issues.

  10. Support operational teams with updates and escalations.

  11. Process Optimization

  12. Provide expertise to
    simplify and standardize
    customer and sales data use.

  13. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Experience & Qualification

  • Education:
    Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:
    4–6 years in
    sales support, customer service, or operations
    .
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong data organization and analytical abilities
  • Experience with
    CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM)
  • Proficiency in
    Excel / reporting tools
  • Knowledge of
    sales cycle processes and documentation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
