Business Development Executive

Location: Punjab / Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 years (EdTech preferred; K12 live classes sales is a strong plus)
Work Mode: 6 Days a Week (Monday Off)
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive who truly enjoys speaking with parents, understanding their child's learning challenges, and guiding them towards the right solution.
This role requires someone who can build trust, communicate with empathy, and confidently push for demo bookings.
What You'll Do
- Speak to parents to understand their child's learning needs and challenges.
- Clearly explain how our "AI + Tutor" learning model solves those problems.
- Schedule high-quality demo sessions.
- Follow up with parents professionally through WhatsApp & calls.
- Support the Team Lead & Sales Head in driving conversions.
- Maintain consistent communication and deliver on daily/weekly targets.
Daily Work Expectations
- Make 120–150 calls per day.
- Help in closing 30+ paid students every month.
