Elixir-RCM is growing, and we're inviting experienced Home Health Coders to join our team

Home Health Coders – 18

Experience: Minimum 2-7 years of experience

Employment Type: Full Time

Timings: Day Shift (IST)

We're hiring Home Health Coders who know how to turn documentation into clean, compliant claims. In this role, you'll review clinical notes, assign accurate ICD-10 codes, validate medical necessityYou'll work hand-in-hand with our clinical and billing teams to strengthen compliance, reduce errors, and keep reimbursements on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Review OASIS and visit notes to ensure accurate coding.

Assign correct ICD-10 codes per CMS and payer guidelines.

Identify documentation gaps and provide feedback to clinicians.

Maintain coding accuracy, timeliness, and compliance standards.

What you'll bring:

Certification: HCS-D, CPC, or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of home health coding experience.

Strong knowledge of ICD-10, OASIS, and CMS guidelines.

Detail-driven mindset with clear, proactive communication.
