About Noetic IT Services

We're a 11+ year-old software development agency specializing in Laravel, , and for early-stage SaaS founders. We're scaling our outbound engine and need someone to own our cold email campaigns end-to-end.

What You'll Own

You'll manage our entire cold email operation: 35+ warmed email accounts sending 1,000+ emails daily. Your goal: find which niches, messages, and strategies actually generate qualified meetings for our agency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists (5,000+ new contacts monthly) using Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Write, test, and optimize cold email sequences (subject lines, copy, CTAs)
  • Manage 35 email accounts across multiple domains using cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and meeting bookings
  • Handle replies and qualification (hand off qualified leads to sales)
  • Test different ICPs and niches (fintech founders vs. healthcare vs. e-commerce)
  • A/B test messaging angles and campaign structures
  • Report weekly on what's working, what's not, and what to try next
  • Basic n8n/automation setup for workflow optimization (we'll train if needed)

You're a Strong Fit If:

  • 2-4 years running cold email campaigns (B2B SaaS/agency preferred)
  • You've managed 20+ email accounts simultaneously and understand deliverability
  • You can write compelling cold email copy (not just templates from courses)
  • You understand what makes a good prospect list (not just scraping random emails)
  • You're comfortable with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, or Lemlist
  • You think in tests: "Let's try X vs. Y and see what converts better"
  • You can work independently—we'll give you targets, you figure out how to hit them
  • Bonus: Experience with n8n, Zapier, or automation workflows

You're NOT a Fit If:

  • You need detailed instructions for every task
  • You've only sent emails as a VA (never built campaigns from scratch)
  • You think cold email is just about volume (not quality + testing)
  • You can't explain why a campaign succeeded or failed beyond "it worked"

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Month 1: Take over existing campaigns, audit setup, identify 3 quick wins
  • Month 2: Launch 3 new niche experiments, improve reply rates by 20%+
  • Month 3: Establish repeatable system for 10+ qualified meetings/month
