Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant_Oracle PaaS Developer -VBCS
We are seeking a skilled Principal Consultant to join our Oracle PaaS team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing Oracle PaaS solutions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to support business processes and operations.
Responsibilities

•    Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

•    Proven experience as an Oracle PaaS Developer, particularly with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS).

•    Expertise in developing SaaS extensions using VBCS Redwood Pattern.

•     Experience in building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

•    Utilize SaaS application tools (FBDI, BIP, HDL, Applications Composer, Page Integration) to enhance application functionality.

•     Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Platform services and architecture

•     Knowledge and hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies.

•     Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS for front-end development.

•     Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

•    Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

•     Must understand system analysis and design, with the ability to create and review designs and documentation.

•     Design optimal and performant solutions for product backlog items across various technologies.

•    Effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders.

•     Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and UX leads to provide level-of-effort (LoE) estimates for Jira backlog items.

•     Lead and own delivery or work items for yourself and the team.

•     80% hands-on development, 20% team mentoring and responsibilities.

•     Continuously learn new technologies, processes, and business functions.

•     Analyze business and technical requirements to design integration workflows and mappings.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle VBCS development.

•    Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development.

•    Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS tools (e.g., FBDI, BIP, HDL, Application Composer).

•    Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON for integrations.

•    Strong experience with SQL/PLSQL for querying, data manipulation, and optimizing database performance.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

•    Exposure to Oracle ADF, JET, or Oracle APEX.

•    Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

•    Oracle PaaS Developer certification or related certifications is a plus.

•    Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

•    Prior experience working in Agile teams or consulting environments is a plus.

•    Solid Exposure to Java 8+/Spring Boot/Microservices.

•    Experience with Angular/React for front-end development is desirable.

•    Familiarity with version control tools like Jira, Bitbucket, and Git.
