Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related disciplines

• 6-10 years of experience in the Copper Business industry.
• Proven track record in conducting technical training programs.
• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of training materials.
