Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Shopify Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings on our Shopify store. The candidate will be responsible for uploading jewelry product data, images, descriptions, pricing, and SEO keywords to enhance visibility and conversions.

  • Key Responsibilities:Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (title, description, images, variants, tags, collections, pricing, inventory).
  • Write SEO-friendly titles and descriptions with keywords to improve search ranking and visibility.
  • Organize products under appropriate categories and menus (e.g., Rings, Earrings, Necklaces, Wedding, Best Sellers).
  • Ensure image quality and product consistency (resize, rename, and optimize images for web).
  • Update inventory levels, product availability, and new arrivals regularly.
  • Add and manage product attributes such as metal type, carat weight, diamond shape, color, etc.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing team for banners, promotions, and seasonal collections.
  • Maintain Shopify backend for speed, tagging, and collection automation.
  • Perform competitor analysis and suggest improvements in product presentation.
  • Manage bulk upload using CSV files when needed.
  • Skills Required:Strong understanding of Shopify Admin Panel.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO and keywords.
  • Familiarity with Canva / Photoshop for image editing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads.
  • Good communication and English writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferred Experience (Bonus):Experience in Jewelry or Fashion e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of Shopify Apps like (reviews), SEO Manager, or PageFly.
  • Understanding of Google Shopping Feed / Meta product catalog.
