  • Allocate manpower, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure production targets are met within set timelines.
  • Check quality of garments at every stage and reduce rejections/rework.
  • Supervise workers' attendance, discipline, and efficiency.
  • Provide on-the-job training to operators to improve skills and productivity.
  • Maintain proper records of daily production, defects, and output.
  • Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and dispatch sections.
  • Enforce safety and compliance rules inside the factory.
  • Report daily progress and challenges to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
