How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) ecosystem and drive data-informed decision-making across the enterprise cloud environment. This role combines technical program management, business analytics, and strategic leadership to deliver optimized, scalable, and inclusive engineering solutions.

The individual will work closely with CI/CD engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in toolchain efficiency, resource utilization, and process inclusivity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience working with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools & Proven background in data analytics, visualization, and business intelligence reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
