Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Order Execution:
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all sales orders as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule dispatches efficiently.
  • Vehicle Arrangement:
  • Organize and arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch as per the load and route requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation rules.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor the movement of goods and address any issues promptly.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch details, including invoices, challans, and delivery acknowledgments.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities and submit them to the manager.
  • Coordination:
  • Work closely with warehouse, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle last-minute changes in dispatch plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assist in any additional tasks related to dispatch, transportation, and order execution as needed.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch management tools.
  • Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.

Job Type: Full-time
