Job Overview:

Shree Amba Motors, an authorized Ashok Leyland dealership in Udhna, Surat, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Ashok Leyland Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs). This role involves generating leads, coordinating vehicle finance and documentation, and ensuring smooth delivery and post-sales satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing of Enquiries & Leads
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
  • Identify and approach potential customers such as transporters, small businesses, and fleet operators
  1. Calling & Follow-ups
  • Call prospective leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.
  • Explain product features, schemes, and offers.
  1. Lead Verification & Qualification
  • Verify and qualify leads based on buying potential and customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-up status.
  1. Finance Coordination & Documentation
  • Assist customers in selecting finance options.
  • Coordinate with banks/finance companies and handle loan documentation.
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted and verified.
  1. Delivery & After-Sales Satisfaction
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery process smoothly.
  • Ensure customer is briefed about the vehicle and after-sales services.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
