Role Description

This is a full-time Information Technology Recruiter role based on-site in Jabalpur. The role involves managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a strong match between candidates and roles. Additional responsibilities include networking with potential candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and supporting the overall recruitment strategy to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting
  • Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting strategies for IT and technology-related roles
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to assess technical skills and align candidates with business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the software development and IT industry is a plus
  • 1-5years of experience
