Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior UI/UX Designer located in Pune. In this role, the Junior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences. Key responsibilities include designing user interfaces, developing wireframes and mockups, conducting user research, and implementing visual design best practices to enhance user satisfaction and engagement. The role will involve staying updated with design trends and contributing creative ideas to improve design processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Visual Design and creating effective Mockups.
  • Proficiency in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design.
  • Basic knowledge of Front-End Development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical skills to understand user behavior and integrate feedback into design improvements.
  • Previous experience with usability testing and user research is a plus.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
