This role bridges the gap between Product, Engineering, Clinical SMEs, and Operations by translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications. You will play a key role in shaping system behavior, ensuring delivery quality, and aligning solutions to end-user workflows.Key Responsibilities:Requirements & AnalysisGather, validate, and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional teamsCollaborate with Product Owners to break down Epics/Features into detailed User StoriesWrite comprehensive BRDs/FRDs, workflows, and use casesOwn and maintain mapping documents, data dictionaries, and interface specsTechnical UnderstandingUnderstand backend processes like data ingestion, OCR, NLP/NLU transformation, and routing logicLead impact assessments when changes are made to upstream or downstream systemsTesting & ValidationDefine acceptance criteria, edge cases, and negative test scenariosAssist QA teams in test planning and validating feature behaviorParticipate in UAT with end users and triage feedback in collaboration with Product OwnersStakeholder CollaborationFacilitate grooming and technical walkthroughs with Engineering, QA, and DevOpsAct as a bridge between business & tech teams, ensuring alignment throughout deliverySupport implementation planning, documentation handoff, and post-release supportSuccess Metrics:• Accuracy & clarity of requirements (rework/clarification rate
