Description:

The role serves as the anchor point for biopharma projects and programs, ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and timely completion of tasks across cross-functional teams. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to drive project success in a dynamic and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central coordinator for assigned biopharma projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Collaboratively drive execution of projects in partnership with Project Leaders and SMEs from quality, manufacturing, clinical etc
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or compliance issues.
  • Word with (R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Collaboratively vet project plans to ensure quality.
  • Training and mentorship to junior members of the team .
  • Prepare and present key project status reports to management on project progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • years of experience in project management within the pharma industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in PMP tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.
