Description
Job Title: Audit and Compliance

Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 6 pm to 4 am IST (Night shift)

 

Job and Responsibilities:
  • Implement Quality Monitoring Standards & follow-ups taking corrective measures towards improvement
  • Introduce new policies and procedures in area which are lacking in quality and keeping the track of the new compliances for the new process
  • Highlight areas of risk in the process and present it with several generic data & reports to streamline the quality output
  • Participate in huddle sessions, share inputs related to error trends and process updates with the Team Manager.
  • Iterative Performance Analysis depending on client & process requirements
  • Follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards.
  • Responsible for complying with all QMS Policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Post Graduates /Graduates from any stream.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Previous Call Center Audit and Quality Management experience
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point), Internet
  • Average typing speed of 35-40 WPM
