Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and repairing telecommunication tower infrastructure, including antennas, cables, and transmission equipment.
- Ensuring that antennas are accurately aligned to achieve optimal signal strength and coverage.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring that all tower operations are conducted safely.
- Providing and participating in on-the-job training, such as rescue training for trainee riggers.
Experience:
1 to 6 Years in Telecom O&M
Qualification:
Intermediate & Above.
