Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Specialist, based in Kalyan Dombivli. The role involves preparing and verifying export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations, handling communication with clients, coordinating with shipping lines and freight forwarders, and managing customer service for export-related inquiries. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth import-export processes and resolve any documentation challenges.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Export Documentation and a thorough understanding of Export procedures
  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in handling Import Export operations
  • Customer Service expertise to support client needs and resolve queries
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of international trade regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in logistics or NVOCC is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments
