Position: Back Office Coordinator
Location: Rakhial, Ahmedabad
Role & Responsibility:
Manage administrative records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate internal communication and follow up on tasks.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Handle data entry, verification, and database updates.
Support HR, accounts, and operations teams with documentation tasks.
Monitor emails, respond to queries, and route information appropriately.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure smooth handling of daily operational workflows.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
