Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Customer Care Executive. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues, providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving complaints, communicating effectively through various channels, and supporting sales activities. The role includes building and maintaining customer relationships to enhance engagement and promote a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and the ability to promote products and services effectively to meet business goals.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
