Job Description:

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers / Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve overall business goals.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
  • Good presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives:

  • Total Package: ₹50,000 per month
  • Fixed Take-home: ₹15,000 (30%)
  • Performance-based Incentives: Up to ₹35,000

Top performers can earn ₹15,000+ monthly with incentives
