Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design solutions, prepare proposals, and deliver technical presentations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives.
  • Design, propose, and validate IT solutions including networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and virtualization technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to clients.
  • Create solution architectures, technical proposals, and bill-of-materials (BOMs) for clients.
  • Conduct product evaluations, benchmark tests, and feasibility studies to support solution recommendations.
  • Provide technical guidance during RFP/RFI responses and tender processes.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, engineering, and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and market trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Assist in troubleshooting pre-sales technical issues and answering client queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in IT system integration.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (Azure), VMware, AWS, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
