Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: ● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. ● Define KPIs, performance metrics, and goals for campaigns. Campaign Management: ● Plan and run campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, display, email marketing, and content marketing. ● Manage paid advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content & SEO: ● Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media. ● Optimize website and content for SEO and improve organic reach. Email & CRM: Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer journeys using marketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, GetResponse). Analytics & Reporting: ● Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other BI tools. ● Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports. Collaboration: ● Work with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. ● Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.Requirements Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. ● Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). ● Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms. ● Strong analytical skills and data -driven thinking. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Up -to -date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Preferred Skills: ​ ● Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). ● Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress. ● Experience with B2B SaaS or eCommerce marketing (if industry -specific).BenefitsPFMedical insurance
