Key Responsibilities
A. Principal Coordination
Liaise daily with liquor principals regarding payments, FO/C stock, discounted stock, claims, and scheme approvals.
Prepare and submit monthly claims for principal schemes.
Ensure accurate documentation for claims, credit notes and reconciliations.
B. Collections & Sales Operations Support
Set and monitor monthly collection targets for sales representatives.
Drive collections from key accounts and distributors in Pune.
Coordinate payments, order processing, and follow-up with clients for timely closures.
C. Financial Reconciliation
Conduct monthly principal payment reconciliation.
Review creditor/debtor ledgers and resolve discrepancies with the Accounts
team.
Maintain accurate and timely MIS for collections, claims, and financial closures.
D. Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day operational processes connected to sales, excise documentation, commercial control, and stock dispatch.
Ensure compliance with state excise rules and internal SOPs.
Support audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and administrative clarifications.
E. Team Coordination – Billing, Accounts, Sales & Despatch
Coordinate closely with Billing Team to ensure:Accurate Invoice, Scheme Applicability, TP and MIS
Work with Accounts Team for: Ledge reco, Payment Followup, Closure Outstanding, principal schemes, Sales MIS, Order and stock reco, Disptach readiness, Warehouse & Excise (Basic knowledge)
F. Stakeholder & Management Reporting
Serve as a key operational support to the region business head and Group Sales Head.
Present periodic updates to senior management on collections, reconciliation status, principal issues, and operational challenges.
