We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C collections, ensuring timely receipt of payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform collection activities through calls and emails to follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B and B2C accounts, ensuring payments are received within agreed terms.
  • Record and update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Billing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal) to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
  • Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain aging reports, ensuring accounts are up to date.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and customer experience
