Role & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Others responsibilities:
- Partnership Development:
a. Identify, engage, and onboard partners (e.g., fintech platforms, ecommerce providers) for embedded finance solutions.
b. Establish and maintain strong partnerships to integrate financial
services seamlessly.
- Strategic Sourcing:
a. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential partners.
b. Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Market Research:
a. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
b. Identify new opportunities within the embedded finance ecosystem.
- Integration Oversight:
a. Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure seamless
financial service integrations into partner platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
a. Work with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to
align on partnership terms and implementation.
- Performance Monitoring:
a. Track and evaluate the success of partnerships and financial products.
b. Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
a. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth
operations and fostering long-term relationships.
- Revenue Growth:
a. Drive revenue through embedded partnerships and ensure financial
product success on partner platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
Experience:
1-5 years of proven experience in finance, insurance, or banking sectors.
- Expertise in partnerships, business development, or embedded finance.
- Experience in sourcing and managing successful partnerships.
- Hands-on experience integrating financial products into third-party platforms
is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with technical,
product, legal, and compliance teams.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
Technical Acumen:
Familiarity with financial services platforms and embedded finance
technology.
Understanding of product integration and platform operations.
