Role Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating products, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of industrial equipment, specifically sheet metal machines, and their applications in various industries.
  • Proficiency in market research and ability to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and fieldwork within the designated area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred, with prior experience in B2B sales considered an asset.
