About the Role
We are launching a flagship
VinFast Electric Vehicle Showroom
in Electronic City and are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Business Head
to lead the complete business operations. This leader will drive sales, customer experience, profitability, and brand expansion while setting up a world-class EV retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Drive overall business performance, including P&L, sales growth, showroom profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Plan annual and monthly business targets aligned with VinFast brand strategy.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to achieve optimal financial results.
2. Sales & Operational Excellence
- Lead and manage daily sales floor activities, customer walk-ins, lead conversions, and test-drive operations.
- Ensure full compliance with VinFast retail standards, customer experience processes, and showroom presentation guidelines.
- Oversee inventory planning, vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and end-to-end documentation accuracy.
3. 2-Year Strategic Growth Planning
- Prepare and present a
detailed 2-year strategic growth plan
covering: - Sales targets (retail & corporate)
- Market penetration strategy
- Customer acquisition roadmap
- Corporate, fleet, and institutional partnerships
- New revenue opportunities in EV ecosystem
- Review the roadmap quarterly and align with market trends, competition insights, and customer behaviour.
- Work closely with management to implement key initiatives and growth levers.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Consultants, CRM Executives, Delivery team, and Support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, KPI tracking, and skill development programs.
- Foster a culture of discipline, ownership, customer focus, and premium brand representation.
5. Customer Relationship & Brand Experience
- Ensure a superior customer journey from enquiry to delivery and post-delivery engagement.
- Handle escalated cases, VIP clientele, corporate customers, and high-value prospects.
- Implement showroom events, brand activations, product demos, and customer engagement campaigns.
6. Compliance, Reporting & Coordination
- Ensure adherence to all VinFast OEM processes, audits, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain RTO coordination, insurance tie-ups, finance partnerships, and compliance with legal norms.
- Provide weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reviews to management & OEM teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years in automotive dealership operations with at least 4–5 years in a
Business Head
role. - Experience in premium automotive or EV segment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail sales, digital lead management, and customer lifecycle management.
