RSA Trainer

Responsibilities:Oversee the complete training lifecycle for candidates in the RSA domain, from onboarding to placement.Deliver engaging and effective theoretical and practical training sessions.Conduct regular field visits to reinforce learning and assess real -world application.Maintain accurate daily attendance records and monitor batch progress consistently.Submit all training, performance, and compliance reports to the Center Head and Head Office on time.Communicate proactively and regularly with the Center Manager and Head Office.Ensure 100% batch attendance and achieve target pass percentages.Actively participate in placement activities and support candidate placement efforts.Guide and mentor mobilizers in identifying and enrolling suitable candidates. Requirements Requirements:Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as an RSA Trainer or in a similar training role.Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident, professional demeanor.Proven ability to apply diverse training methodologies aligned with the RSA profile.Demonstrated motivation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.In -depth knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.Ability to manage the full training cycle effectively, from planning to evaluation.Proficient in using digital tools for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
