Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Preprocessing: Clean, transform, and preprocess structured and unstructured data to prepare it for analysis.
  2. Predictive Modeling: Design, develop, and deploy predictive models using AI, ML, and Deep Learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.
  3. Data Analysis: Identify key features, patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project teams to support multiple project tracks and provide data-driven insights.
  5. Domain Expertise: Experience working in the Banking or Finance domain is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

  1. Technical Skills:

  2. Hands-on experience with Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning techniques.

  3. Knowledge of developing Propensity Models and Customer Segmentation.
  4. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL programming languages.
  5. Familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch for AI model development.

  6. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

  7. Soft Skills:

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  10. Team player with mutual respect for team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Experience and Education:

  1. Experience: 1-5 years of professional experience in data science and business analytics.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
