We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of dairy and frozen products. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the dairy or frozen food sector, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets in assigned territories.

Identify and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, and food service clients.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, market trends, and shelf execution.

Ensure proper placement, visibility, and rotation of products in stores.

Coordinate with distributors and internal supply chain teams to ensure product availability.

Track sales data and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.

Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and trade shows.

Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Ensure timely collection of payments and adhere to credit control policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry; dairy or frozen products preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and distribution networks.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
