Inteader is a fast-growing digital marketing agency dedicated to creating engaging and impactful content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. We pride ourselves on creativity, consistency, and producing videos that captivate audiences.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and punctual Video Editor on a contractual basis who can produce short-form video content (1–2 minutes) for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos. The selected candidate will work on projects involving both provided raw clips and compilations from existing content to create engaging, story-driven videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit 1–2 minute short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Convert provided short clips into visually appealing, cohesive videos
  • Source and compile royalty-free clips, AI visuals, or trending footage to create new videos when raw footage isn't available
  • Make creative use of transitions, text overlays, captions, and sound to increase video engagement
  • Apply storytelling and editing techniques to align with marketing goals
  • Re-edit videos if required to meet creative expectations
  • Maintain a consistent turnaround time and deliver projects punctually
  • Stay updated on AI tools, editing technologies, and viral video trends
  • Utilize AI-based tools (like InVideo, Runway ML, Veo 3, CapCut, etc.) for smart, efficient editing
  • Be resourceful in leveraging free versions or affordable tools effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a short-form video editor with a strong portfolio highlighting creative, high-engagement videos
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or AI editors like InVideo and Runway ML
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
  • Ability to create content from scratch using found footage and AI tools
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and open to feedback for rework when necessary
  • Understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and algorithm-driven video optimization
  • Self-starter who can manage creative workflows independently
