Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Android Developer, located in Delhi, India. The Android Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The day-to-day tasks will include designing and implementing new features, identifying and fixing bugs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features. The role also involves continuous evaluation and improvement of application performance, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

as a Flutter Developer on a complete
HR Portal

application called Rescribe, where I handled both Employee and HR/Admin modules. I developed the entire UI using Flutter, following a clean architecture with reusable widgets, responsive layouts, and theme-based design. I implemented secure login using mobile/email with token-based authentication and managed employee profile features, including image upload and real-time data sync.

I built the Attendance module with check-in/check-out functionality, integrated geolocation and Google Maps for location-based marking, and designed a monthly attendance calendar with present/absent/leave indicators. The Leave Management module included applying for leave, viewing balances, checking history, uploading documents, and tracking dynamic approval status with notifications.

I also worked on the Payroll section to fetch and display salary details, earnings, deductions, and enabled PDF payslip download with a custom PDF viewer. The Announcement module supported listing HR notices, attachments, and real-time FCM notifications with deep linking.

For the Admin/HR panel, I implemented leave approval workflows, attendance and leave analytics, announcement management, and employee directory search/filtering.

Technically

, I handled REST API integration using Dio/http, applied GetX for state management, routing, and dependency injection. I used Hive/SQLite for caching offline data like profile info, attendance, and announcements. I implemented FCM for notifications, optimized API calls, reduced rebuilds, ensured secure storage, and added shimmer loaders for better UX. I also managed build releases, signing, versioning, and environment configurations for production deployment.

Rapipay Agent

I worked as an Android Developer (Java/Kotlin) on Rapipay's fintech applications, where I was responsible for building secure, high-performance modules for AEPS, DMT, BBPS, Micro-ATM, and eKYC. My major contribution was integrating multiple Aadhaar-compliant biometric devices such as Mantra MFS100/MFS110, Morpho MSO1300, Startek FM220, and other RD-service–enabled fingerprint scanners. I implemented complete RD Service communication using intents/AIDL, handled USB OTG permissions, device detection, and captured fingerprint data to generate secure PID XML for backend APIs. I also managed RD errors, driver versioning, and ensured a smooth fingerprint capture flow for AEPS and eKYC.

I developed AEPS modules including Cash Withdrawal, Balance Inquiry, Mini Statement, and Aadhaar Pay. This included PID XML encryption, API integration using Retrofit/OkHttp, transaction handling, timeout management, and generating receipts. I also worked on full eKYC onboarding flows using biometric and OTP-based verification, extracting Aadhaar demographic data, and auto-filling KYC forms with document uploads.

Additionally, I contributed to Micro ATM and DMT modules including IMPS/NEFT transfer, beneficiary management, and transaction histories. On the UI side, I developed clean, responsive screens using XML and followed MVVM/MVP architecture with ViewModel, LiveData, and Kotlin Coroutines. I implemented session management, token handling, secure storage, SSL considerations, and masked sensitive logs as per fintech compliance.

I also worked on app optimization, reducing crashes/ANRs, improving API performance, and preparing QA/UAT/Production builds. My work ensured stable fintech operations across multiple Android devices with seamless biometric performance.
