We are looking for Laptop Sales Person to join our dynamic team at Moment Enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for all Laptop Sales related task.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting the right laptop according to their needs and budget.
  • Explain features, specifications, and benefits of various laptop brands and models.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, offers, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate product usage and highlight key differentiators between models.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle billing, inventory checks, and ensure product display and cleanliness.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively.
  • Upsell and cross-sell accessories like laptop bags, antivirus, mouse, printers, etc.
  • Coordinate with the back office and stock department for timely product availability.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, stock, and customer data.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good product knowledge (laptop brands, specifications, software).
  • Basic computer and billing knowledge.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
