Role Title - Designated Investigator – Internal Investigation

Location - Anywhere in India

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal enquiry basis complaints received

  • Engage all relevant stakeholder basis merit of concern and investigation scope

  • Acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias

  • Recommend process improvements or policy changes.

  • Recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with Disciplinary Handbook

  • Conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe

  • Conduct awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders

  • Respond to audit or legal queries.

Qualification and Experience

  • Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant.

  • Experience of conducting complex corporate fraud and workplace investigations, with a minimum total experience of 7-10 years, of which, 4-6 years should be in a Big 4.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office & ability to prepare presentations.

  • Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions.

  • High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries.
