Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls, generating leads, promoting our real estate projects, and addressing customer enquiries. Key tasks include engaging with potential customers, providing detailed information about our residential projects, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and working closely with the sales and customer support teams to achieve sales targets.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address enquiries.
  • Ability to convert prospects into clients.
  • Customer support skills to ensure a positive experience for potential and existing clients.
  • Self-motivation, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and a basic understanding of real estate would be an added advantage.
