Continuous learningopportunities, market relevance through competitive analysis, and a supportiveteam environment ensure your work remains dynamic and impactful, making everyday both challenging and fulfilling.KeyResponsibilities·    Developcreative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for variousprojects, including logos, branding materials, social media graphics, websiteelements, etc.·    Utilizeindustry -standard graphic design software and other relevant tools to createand edit designs.·    Conductresearch and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed aboutdesign trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.·    Use theappropriate colours and layouts for each graphic while receiving andincorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.·    Edit andmanipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos forvarious social media channels.·    Understandthe narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytellingapproach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.·    Edit and mixaudio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensurehigh -quality audio for video projects.·    Ensure finalgraphics and layouts are visually appealing and on -brand.·    Competitiveanalysis and making sure to create content according to the latest markettrends.·    Contributesto team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Key SkillsRequired·    Proficiencyin graphic design software and other relevant tools.·    Solidunderstanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layoutcomposition, and video editing techniques.·    Creativethinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designsand engaging videos.·    Attention todetail and a strong eye for aesthetics.·    Ability tomanage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.·    Ability tothink of new ideas and should be able to handle things independently.·    Creativewith a high degree of flexibility.·    Adaptabilityand willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.·    Knowledge ofmotion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus. Educational Qualification·      Bachelor'sdegree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.·      Freshers arewelcome to apply.·      A strongportfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects,demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be anadded advantage.
